Simple, yet tasty appetizer for your Mexican party

Ingredients:
- 4 dozen of your favorite hot tamales unwrapped while cold

- 2 cans of your favorite chili, heated
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
- In bottom of casserole, place small amount of chili to coat
- Layer tamales, topped with chili then cheese
- Bake for about 7-10 minutes until cheese is melted
- Serve on small individual plates or use as a dip with tortilla chips
Serves about 12 for hor d’oeurves
