Holidays in the Felicianas were always highlighted by Jerry's rich eggnog.

  • 5 eggs, separated
  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 cup whiskey
  • 1 pint whipping cream
  • Nutmeg


  1. Beat egg whites in large bowl with pinch of cream of tartar and 1 tsp of sugar; beat until egg white peak
  2. In separate bowl, beat cream with a 1 tsp of sugar
  3. In a separate bowl beat egg yolks with rest of sugar; slowly add whiskey while beating eggs
  4. Slowly fold yolk mixture into whites
  5. Slowly fold in cream
  6. Garnish with sprinkle of nutmeg

Serves 6-8
