Delicious with coffee, milk, or topped with ice cream for dessert.

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup butter softened
- 1 cup sugar1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
Crumb Mixture Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or almonds
Directions:
- Into a mixing bowl, cream 1/4 cup butter, 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Slowly add eggs, vanilla, and sour cream; ;mix 3 minutes
- Add flour, baking soda, and baking powder; mix well
Crumb Mixture Directions:
- Blend through cake mixture 1/4 cup sugar, cinnamon, and chopped nuts; reserving some for topping
- Place into lightly greased tube pan and bake at 375° for 40-50 minutes
Serves 6-8
