Ice Cream with Praline Sauce |

This is scrumptious enough to enjoy every night! Unfortunately your waistline couldn't take it!
Ingredients:
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup dark Karo syrup
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 TBS dark rum
- 1 tsp maple extract
- 1 cup chopped pecan
- 16 scoops vanilla ice cream
Directions:
- Melt butter in saucepan
- Stir in brown sugar
- Add Karo syrup and water and cook over medium heat until boiling
- Continue boiling for 1 minute, stirring constantly
- Remove pan from heat and allow mixture to cool slightly
- Stir in the rum, extract, and pecans; sauce will thicken as it cools
- Serve 1/4 cup of sauce over 2 scoops of ice cream per serving
