Vanilla pudding, strawberries, cream cheese, kiwi, Ameretta, and pound cake----need I say more?




  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, creamed
  • 1 large container of Cool Whip
  • 1 large box vanilla pudding
  • 1 ½ cup milk
  • 1 angel food or pound cake, broken into large pieces
  • ½ cup amaretto liqueur
  • 1 package strawberry pie filling
  • 6 fresh kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, washed, dried, stems removed, and sliced
  1. In a bowl, place cake pieces and sprinkle with liqueur
  2. In mixing bowl combine first 4 ingredients, blending well
  3. Into a large glass trifle cake bowl layer cake, strawberry filling, cream cheese mixture, kiwi and strawberries (along sides for show) and repeat layering two more times
  4. Place plastic wrap over completed cake and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving

Serves 8-10
