Ingredients:
- 1 10-ounce package frozen strawberries, defrosted
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1 TBS lemon juice
- ½ pint whipping cream
- 2 Johnston’s graham cracker crusts, cooked
- In a large mixing bowl beat at high speed for 20 minutes strawberries and next 3 ingredients
- Into separate bowl beat whipping cream until frothy; fold into the strawberry mixture
- Pour entire mix into the pie crusts and place in freezer for at least 4 hours
- When ready to serve slice while frozen
Makes 2 pies
