Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 1 package Jello instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup light rum
  • ½ cup Wesson oil
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ cup light rum

Directions:

  1. Grease and flour Bundt pan
  2. Sprinkle pecans into bottom and set aside
  3. Into a large mixing bowl blend at medium speed cake mix and next 5 ingredients for 10 minutes
  4. Pour mix over the pecans in bottom of Bundt pan; bake at 350° for 1 hour
  5. Into a sauté pan belt butter and add next 3 ingredients until all combined
  6. Pour this sauce over individual servings with excess pour over remaining cake to saturate
