Very nice minty dessert.

Ingredients:
- 2 TBS butter, melted
- 24 Oreo or Keebler Drox cookies, centers removed
- 48 regular size marshmallows
- 1 cup milk
- 6 TBS crème de menthe
- 3 TBS white crème de cocoa
- 8 ounces whipping cream, whipped until frothy
- Chocolate curls for garnish
- Place cookies into food processor and crush into fine crumbs; remove to mixing bowl and add melted butter combining thoroughly
- Press cookie pie crust mixture firmly into bottom of a deep pie pan
- In a pot melt marshmallows in hot milk; stir in liqueurs
- Fold into the marshmallow mix the whipped cream and pour mixture over the cookie crust in the pie shell
- Place pie in the freezer for at least 3 hours
- Garnish with curls from semisweet chocolate bar, using potato peeler
Serves 6-8
