Very nice minty dessert.

  • 2 TBS butter, melted
  • 24 Oreo or Keebler Drox cookies, centers removed
  • 48 regular size marshmallows
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 TBS crème de menthe
  • 3 TBS white crème de cocoa
  • 8 ounces whipping cream, whipped until frothy
  • Chocolate curls for garnish
  1. Place cookies into food processor and crush into fine crumbs; remove to mixing bowl and add melted butter combining thoroughly
  2. Press cookie pie crust mixture firmly into bottom of a deep pie pan
  3. In a pot melt marshmallows in hot milk; stir in liqueurs
  4. Fold into the marshmallow mix the whipped cream and pour mixture over the cookie crust in the pie shell
  5. Place pie in the freezer for at least 3 hours
  6. Garnish with curls from semisweet chocolate bar, using potato peeler

Serves 6-8
