Absolutely fail-proof palate cleanser following a rich, heavy meal. . .

Ingredients:

  • 3 pints lemon sherbet, softened in refrigerator for 30 minutes
  • 1/3 cup green crème de menthe
    Directions:
  1. With a portable mixer, beat sherbet until soft but not melted
  2. Quickly stir in the crème de menthe until well combined
  3. Turn into an 8×8x2 pan
  4. Freeze several hours or overnight

Serves 6
