Don't shy away with the inclusion of a cola in this recipe.  Mary has proven that is works quite well!

Ingredients:

• 1 package yellow or butter flavored cake mix
• 1 package instant vanilla pudding
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup flaked coconut
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 4 eggs
• 1 10-ounce cola

Frosting:

• ½ stick butter
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 16 ounces powdered sugar

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°
2. In large bowl, mix all ingredients together with mixer
3. Pour into well-greased and floured Bundt pan/s
4. Cook 55-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted into center, is removed clean
5. Remove and allow to cool on cake racks

Frosting

1. Using hand or counter-top mixer, thoroughly mix all ingredients and spread on cooled cake surface

Serves 8
