An absolute must for chocolate lovers!

Ingredients:

  • 1 6-ounce bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 3 eggs
  • ¾ cup hot milk
  • ¼ cup rum or brandy
  • Whipped cream or Kool Whip topping
  • Grated bittersweet chocolate
    Directions:
  1. Melt chocolate chips in sauce pot; about 2 minutes
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs until thick
  3. Add melted chocolate to and continue beating
  4. Add hot milk and beat
  5. Add rum or brandy and continue beating
  6. Pour mixture into cups, top with whipped cream and chocolate flakes

Serves 8 demitasse cups or 6 pot de crèmes cups
