An absolute must for chocolate lovers!
Ingredients:
- 1 6-ounce bittersweet chocolate chips
- 3 eggs
- ¾ cup hot milk
- ¼ cup rum or brandy
- Whipped cream or Kool Whip topping
- Grated bittersweet chocolate
- Melt chocolate chips in sauce pot; about 2 minutes
- In a mixing bowl, beat eggs until thick
- Add melted chocolate to and continue beating
- Add hot milk and beat
- Add rum or brandy and continue beating
- Pour mixture into cups, top with whipped cream and chocolate flakes
Serves 8 demitasse cups or 6 pot de crèmes cups
