Nice for a mid-afternoon treat with coffee, tea, or ice cream!

Ingredients:

• 30 Lorna Doone cookies, crumbled, not too fine
• 1 stick butter, melted
• 1 large package cream cheese
• 5 heaping TBS sugar
• 1 egg
• Juice of half lemon
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 pt sour cream
• 3 TBS sugar
• Juice of half lemon
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

1. In a mixing bowl blend cookies and melted butter until combined
2. Place into bottom of a deep pie pan, press firmly, crust will be thick
3. Into a mixing bowl blend cream cheese and next 4 ingredients, whip until smooth; pour over crumbs in pie pan
4. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes; remove from oven
5. In a mixing bowl combine sour cream and next 3 ingredients, beat until well blended; pour topping over filling
6. Return pie to oven for 15-20 minutes; remove and allow to cool
7. Place in refrigerator at least 3 hours before serving
