Delicious light dessert anytime of year!

Ingredients:

  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 baked 9-inch pastry shell
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberry pie filling
  • 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
    Directions:
  1. Combine cream cheese and sugar, beating at high speed with electric mixer until light and fluffy
  2. Spread mixture evenly into bottom of cooled pastry shell
  3. Arrange banana slices on cream cheese layer
  4. Spread pie filling over bananas
  5. Top with whipped cream, and chill

Serves 6
