For chocolate-lover's only!!!

Ingredients:

Graham Cracker Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 TBS sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 TBS melted butter

Cheesecake:

  • 3 8-ounce packages of cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 5 whole eggs
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels, melted
  • 2 TBS unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 package of cherry pie filling
  • Whipped cream

Directions:

Graham Cracker Crust:

  1. Combine above into mixing bowl; mixing well
  2. Press firmly into bottom and up sides (1/2”) of a spring pan
  3. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 5 minutes

Cheesecake

  1. Beat cream cheese until fluffy at high speed with electric mixer
  2. Gradually add sugar, beating well
  3. Add eggs 1 at a time slowly beating well
  4. Add melted chocolate morsels, cocoa, vanilla, condensed milk, and sour cream
  5. Pour mixture into pie crust and bake in preheated 325° oven for 1 hour, remove reduce oven temperature to 300° and return for additional 20 minutes
  6. When completed turn oven off, but allow pie to remain in oven an additional 20-30 minutes
  7. Remove from oven and spread cherry pie filling over entire pie
  8. Top each serving with dollop of whipped cream
