Tasty compliment to just about any meal. Be sure to serve hot. . .
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 TBS melted butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Directions:
- Beat eggs in small bowl until light and fluffy
- Add milk and butter, mixing well
- Combine dry ingredients; add to egg mixture & beat until smooth
- Butter 6 custard cups generously, place cups in a pan
- Place in a preheated 400° oven for 5 minutes before filling; remove
- Spoon batter evenly into the cups
- Bake at 400° for 25 minutes; turn off heat and allow to sit an additional 5-10 minutes in oven; remove from oven and remove from cups immediately
- Serve hot with butter
