Another great recipe awaiting you next overnight or weekend guests!

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ pounds of bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
  • 9 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 ½ tsp dry mustard
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 3 slices stale bread cut into 1/2 ” cubes
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
    Directions:
  1. Into a bowl, combine all ingredients;
  2. Pour into a well greased 13” x 9” x 2” pan
  3. Refrigerate covered overnight
  4. Bake at 350° for 1 hour

Serves 8-10
