Popular appetizer at this Brennan's family restaurant. . .

Adapted From:  Mr. B's Bistro, New Orleans, LA


  • 6 4 1/2-oz. Brie rounds
  • 6 tsp butter
  • 6 TBS lightly toasted almonds
  • Golden delicious apple slices, strawberries, or grapes for garnish
  1. Top each Brie round with 1 tsp butter and 1 TBS of almonds
  2. Bake Brie in individual ramekins in a 400° oven for 4 minutes or until cheese is crusty on outside and runny on inside
  3. Garnish each serving with apple slices, sliced strawberries, or grapes
  4. Serve with hot French bread
