Simple yet tasty breakfast comfort food, especially on a chilly winter's morning.  Thank you Mary.

  • 3 cups Bisquick mix
  • 1 pound raw, hot bulk sausage, crumbled
  • 1 # mild cheddar cheese
  1. Into a bowl, combine biscuit mix, sausage, and cheese, blend well with pastry blender
  2. Roll into 1” round balls and bake at 350° for 15 minutes

Makes about 6 dozen

Can be frozen after baking, stored in zip lock bags, and used at later date
