  • Mild or hot smoked sausage
  • Pineapple chunks
  • Durkeeā€™s Sauce
  1. Cut sausage into bite size rounds
  2. Skewer sausage & pineapple on long shish kebob skewers
  3. Barbeque on grill; remove meat and pineapple from skewers and use Durkees as a dip
