Roasted Pecans

Whether preparing a snack, assembling a trail mix, or using pecans in your favorite recipe or dessert topping, you and your guests will appreciate this simple roasting technique to give this nut its 'just due'!

  • ½ stick butter
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups pecan halves
  • Salt to taste
  1. Melt butter in large oven-proof sauté pan over medium heat; add Worcestershire sauce
  2. Add pecans to mixture and stir well allowing full coating and even heat distribution
  3. Place pan into 375° oven and bake for 15-18 minutes; remove and spread out to drain on paper towels; add salt and allow to cool
