Apricot-Citrus Slush

Refreshingly delicious on a hot summers day with apricot and peach flavors spicing things up!

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 9 cups water
  • 1 12-ounce can frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 1 12-ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 2 cups apricot or peach brandy
  • 3 ½ cups Sprite or 7-Up, chilled
  • Mint Sprigs for garnish

Directions:

  1. Combine sugar and water in large Dutch oven; bring to a boil; stirring until sugar dissolves; remove from heat, and cool
  2. Add lemonade and orange juice concentrates and brandy, stir until blended
  3. Freeze 8 hours; remove from freezer 20 minutes before serving
  4. Stir in Sprite or 7-Up
  5. Garnish individual glasses with mint sprigs

Yields 13 cups
